FOUNDER

Muhammad Fathin Habibullah, SH., MH., CLA

(Managing Partner)

Muhammad Fathin Habibullah is a graduate of the Master of Law from University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. He is an Advocate who has several expertise such as, Receiver & Administrator in Bankruptcy, Legal Auditor and Mediator. Habibullah is a member of Association of The Indonesian Receiver & Administrator (AKPI). Besides being an advocate, Habibullah has studied Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. This has enabled Habibullah to develop a thorough understanding of Health Law and Hospital Management.

Pranata Rahajie Putranto, SH., MH

(Operating Partner)

Pranata is a young advocate who has various experiences in the field of civil law, especially related to companies. Besides being an advocate, Pranata is a member of Association of The Indonesian Receiver & Administrator (AKPI). Pranata is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Islamic University of Indonesia and Masters of Law, University of Indonesia. His experiences have led Pranata to have strong knowledge of Bankruptcy and PKPU Law, Corporate Law, Capital Market Transactions and Banking Law.

ASSOCIATE

Allamuddin Al Faruq, SH., MH

Allam is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University (concentration in Business Law) and is currently studying for a Masters of Law at Gadjah Mada University (Jakarta Campus) with the same concentration. He is a legal practitioner who has expertise in the fields of business law, technology law, communication and media, intellectual property rights, constitutional law, and education law and has experience being involved in various legislative drafting at the Central Government and Local Government.

Ridwan Yoga Pratama, SH.

Ridwan is Bachelor Of Law graduated from Sebelas Maret University in Surakarta. He is a lawyer who has expertise in corporate law, business law, bankruptcy and debt restructuring.

Nugraha Budi Raharja, SH

Nugraha is graduate of Faculty of Law Tarumanegara University. He has working experience at Law Firm, Jakarta.

Rezhma Trie Husnadhia, SH

Rezhma is graduate of a Faculty of Law Diponegoro University (UNDIP). She has working experience in government office focusing in law.
